Prescriptions
All pets on regular medication are seen at least every 6 months by our veterinary surgeons for monitoring. To ensure your pet does not miss their next review we can even send you an automated text reminder to book their next appointment.
If you require information about a specific medication for your pet, please visit the NOAH website for all the latest data.
Please telephone ahead with orders for food or if your pet regularly has medication, this way we can ensure that we have everything in stock ready for your collection.
To protect your pets, your family and home, speak to us for the most effective flea, tick and worm treatments. Some parasites, or the diseases they carry, can have an impact on human health too. Our vet will assess your cat or dog on an individual basis recommending the most suitable product/s. This will depend on your pet's lifestyle and that of your family. Due to environmental changes, fleas and ticks are present all year round. The treatments we stock are available in a variety of formats. You will receive a text message when your pet's treatment is next due. Note all pets must be seen by a vet every 12 months so that we can supply veterinary licensed (POM-V) products.
Check out our Hills prices because we are lower than other retailers, this includes Hills Vet Essentials and Prescription Foods. If your pet has another manufacturer's prescription food, we are also able to order this from our wholesalers for you.

Should your pet require veterinary treatment or you wish to seek veterinary advice when we are closed, please call 01789 299455 and you will be diverted to The Willows Veterinary Out Of Hours Team.
We have selected The Willows Veterinary as our Out Of Hours Team because their team has vast experience, expertise and facilities within their 24 hour Hospital.
Also, should your pet be hospitalised with them for treatment they do not have a morning deadline to discharge pets, unlike some other providers in the locality.

Payments can also be taken securely over the telephone.
Payment is due at the time of the consultation or on the collection of your pet.

Waiting Area
During lockdown we introduced outside or in-car waiting and have seen that your pets seem a lot happier than being in a busy waiting room, therefore we are continuing with our outside or in the car waiting areas for the foreseeable future.
We can see everyone arrive and will come and get you when it’s your pet’s appointment.
